That is what we mean by Swiss Service Excellence or corporate DNA.” “Soft skills like preciseness, punc- tuality, and politeness are considered typically Swiss.” SEA eMagazin: „However, SEA is a glo- bal company, and your service professio- nals come from all over the world.“ Victoria Klibor: “Yes, and we are proud to be a global corporation and a world- wide employer! It goes without saying that our service experts are custo- mer focused, polite, and accurate – have a pleasant nature, which is also regarded as typically Swiss, by the way. So that is what we mean by corporate DNA.” SEA eMagazin: “Thank you, Ms. Klibor, that was very enlightening.” Service Excellence – A Question of Corporate DNA? There Are Many Reasons to Visit Auckland, New Zealand In March There Will Be One More – the Swissport Executive Aviation FBO Following the acquisition of Aerocare last year, SkyCare International Network will join our business line, and Auckland will become a Swissport Executive Aviation FBO. After all, it is our business principle to expand to meet your demand. Enjoy private traveling to the full, discover our new VIP lounge, and explore this extraordi- nary destination. Enchanting Mix of South Sea, Skyscrapers, and Volcanoes More than 1.4 million inhabitants can’t be wrong – the combination of metropolis, waterfronts, extensive parks, shallow bays, and trendy restaurants makes for a fantastic lifestyle. Auckland is built on 53 dor- mant volcanoes in between the Pacific and Tasmanian coasts. Its most popular landmark is the Sky Tower, which rises 220 meters into the sky. The 360° panora- mic view is breathtaking. City of Sails The numerous sailboats along the seaside earned the city the nickname „City of Sails“ – so it goes without saying that we recommend a harbor sailing cruise. You can rent a sailboat and skipper for about NZD 100 in the harbor. It is terrific when the skipper hands over the rudder and you sail the boat beneath the Auckland Harbor Bridge. Home of the Maori Auckland’s natives, the Maori, named the city “Tamaki Makaurau” – which means “a young beauty with 100 lovers”. Today, the city has more than a million lovers. Don‘t be surprised if you fall for Auckland too.
Our First FBO in the Latest Style Enjoy Modern Luxury in the Swissport Executive Aviation Lounge at the Nice Côte d’Azur Airport It’s one of our business principles to be where you want us. Despite being a Swiss-born company, Swissport Executive Aviation was launched by Swis- sport International Ltd at the Nice Côte d’Azur Airport in 2001. Today, Nice is still one of our busiest FBOs. With a holiday season from Easter to October and one of the highest densities of yachts in the Mediterranean, it is no surprise. Jet Set Tradition The Côte d’Azur has always been a hot spot of high society and the jet set. Royal families and celebrities from the film industry, economics, and politics spend their holidays here. Palace hotels such as the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc in Antibes, the Carlton in Cannes, and the Negresco in Nice are institutions of this longtime tradition – a tradition kept alive by annual events like the Cannes Film Festival, the Monaco Grand Prix, and the Monaco Yacht Show. So it was only logical to start our executive aviation busi- ness line at the Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
Modern Comfort Whatever your plans for the next holiday season, we will make your airport time at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport a delight – especially in our newly renovated lounge. Sink deep into one of our king-size leather armchairs while enjoying a glass of champagne and a little delicious something – that’s the way we help you to enjoy your airport time.
FBO Openings in Rabat, Tangier, and Marrakech Swissport Executive Aviation Is a Leading FBO Provider in Morocco In 2018, we opened our first Moroccan FBO at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca. FBOs in Rabat, Tangier, and Marrakech will follow later this year, approximately in September. Besides having network bases in Agadir, Fes, Oujda, Nador, and Essaouira, Swissport Executive Aviation will be the main provider of FBOs and GH stations in Morocco. This combined with our nine bases in Algeria means we are one of the largest providers in the Maghreb. Let’s have a look at our next FBOs destinations.
Rabat – Capital of a Kingdom Rabat, Morocco’s capital, is the first of the four royal cities and the only one on the Atlan- tic. It is an impressive mix of tradition and modernity. Its landmarks reflect its Islamic and French colonial heritage – a good example of this is the royal Berber-era fortress surroun- ded by formal French-style gardens. A must-see is the royal palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Tangier – White Beauty Located on the Strait of Gibraltar the ancient city attracts tourists with numerous historical monuments, picturesque beaches and unique landscapes. Most charming is the whitewas- hed medina with its Petit Socco and Grand Socco. Here, you can drift from one market stall to the next, and from one café to the next gallery. Marrakech – Pearl of the South Due to the large number of architecturally important buildings, the medina along with the Agdal Gardens and the Menara Garden have been UNESCO World Heritage sites since 1985. A must-see is the Jemaa el Fna – the old square formerly used for public executions, but which is today a lively spot full of oriental storytellers, jugglers, and snake charmers.
